The kids are out of school this week.
The powers that be have decided to build snow days into the school calendar.
We get a full week off at the end of February now for unused snowdays.
Have they never heard of snowstorms in March?

We are going to take advantage of the days off and go play.

I finished the LAST of the maple syrup last night.
We finished with roughly two gallons.
That means we boiled roughly eighty gallons of sap down.
