David found this little bunny in the pasture behind the house at the farm.
Being the good dad that he is, he picked it up and brought it to the house so the kids could see it.
They of course fell in love with it.
Can we keep it?
Please?!
We'll take care of it.
We promise!!
In the presence of one so small, they all seemed to forget that we have a perfectly good bunny in a cage at home to play with.
I don't think we need two bunnies.
So after much petting and passing of the bunny (and begging to keep it),
the kids put the bunny back in the field where it belonged so it could live to see another day.
