We get pretty colorful around here celebrating the Fourth of July.
Grace and Emily made and decorated cupcakes.
Emily also helped Grace and Grant sell lemonade in the front yard one
VERY HOT
afternoon.
Their best customers were the city workers digging up a water line down the street.
I think they came by three times that day.
The neighbor guys on each side of our house were also good sports and helped the cause.
Grace and Grant probably manned the tent for three hours before they got so hot themselves that they moved inside to the air conditioning.
And no,
they did not sell/share their cupcakes.
Those were consumed at home.
