Bowling over Christmas Break

We had a family day out bowling over Christmas break.

Everyone had a great time even though we all scored pretty lousy games.

Grant would stand and dance a jig while his bowling ball moseyed its way down the lane.

Once we even had to have an employee of the bowling alley walk down the lane and get a ball that had completely stopped.  I didn't know it was even possible for a ball to stop in the lane like that.

Some of the kids used bumpers to bowl.  It did make the game more fun for them.

John tried it without bumpers.  He did pretty well too.

Somehow I don't have a single picture of him bowling.  Sorry John!

If David helped Grant with the ball, Grant would climb all over David while they waited for his ball to make its way toward the pins.

I'm not sure anyone but David scored more than one hundred.

I don't think there's any risk of someone wanting us to join their bowling team!
